Chase is extremely conscientious. He didn't give up when at first he couldn't get through the blockage in our very old cast iron pipes. But after trying again with stronger equipment, it worked! We were very relieved by his work ethic and professionalism. He is also polite and friendly, a great combination for an excellent plumber.

Matthew and Bryce provided excellent service. They were fast, efficient and showed a high degree of expertise. They were very aware of leaving the work area the way they found it. Matthew also took the time to repair a potential problem that I was not aware of. I will remember this if I need plumbing services again.

What a great team, called EPS talked to the customer service explained the issue with the Solar Water Heater, they sent out a technician and they sent out Matt and his assistant. They were very professional and explained every detail on what they were doing...very good sense of humor.....

So far, I have been very satisfied with the Plumber himself and the supervisory people who explained exactly what the extent of the damage is. Needless to say, I wasn’t expecting such extensive problems, but the property is quite old so it is what it is.

It was difficult to get any 24 hour emergency plumbers to come to access the leak repair. Chase finally did arrive later in the evening, checked and estimated the job and made an appointment for the work the following day. Friendly, personable plumbers. Great, quick work!

The EPS team did an outstanding job for my family and me. When concrete entered a compromised area of our sewer system, EPS was on site promptly and demonstrated exceptional due diligence in assessing the issue, developing a clear game plan, and communicating every step to me as the customer. They kept me informed throughout the process and thoroughly walked me through how they would repair the entire system. This was a very large and complex job, and it was not inexpensive. That said, the EPS team showed remarkable attention to detail and genuine care, ensuring the work was completed in the least invasive and most efficient manner possible—without any compromise in quality. Calvin Sr., along with his son Calvin Jr., who led the crew, did a phenomenal job overall. In just 32 days, my home was fully restored and functioning properly again. There are many companies that could perform this type of work, and of course pricing can be compared. However, when a crisis occurred, Calvin and his team made sure my family and I were truly taken care of, and that our home was fully restored. I am so glad I chose EPS to repair and replace my shower system. Everything was done very professionally and the team was very knowledgeable and they were able to explain everything to me in a simple and easy to understand way. They showed up early and they were able to install a completely new delta shower system and make it where I had hot water again in just a couple of hours. Thank you for the great service.
